I graduated from the Politecnico di Milano in 2000 and began my professional career in 1999 at Sirti Spa as a Network Planning specialist. In  2001 and 2002 I held the position of Network Engineer at Tecnosistemi and Netchemya, respectively.

In 2003 I joined Sielte Spa, taking on several roles of increasing responsability, including: 

• February 2003 – January 2009: Business Unit Responsible Fixed Network Implementation;
• January 2009 – February 2013: Head of Operations Delivery & Assurance Activities;
• February 2013 – February 2014: Head of TLC Operations;
• February 2014 – September 2021: Head of TLC Services;
• January 2017 – present: Technical and Commercial Director.

I also serve as a member of the Board of Directors of Sielte, as well as of the companies SielTre and Ways.

Recognized as a leading figure in my field, from 2022 through 2026 I serve as President of ANIE SIT, the association within Federazione ANIE that represents manufacturers of Telecommunications Networks.
