Marco Bellezza is currently the COO at the Department for Digital Transformation, where he oversees the BUL area, responsible for the development of national ultra-broadband infrastructure.

He graduated in Law from the University of Bari (2005) and obtained a PhD in private law and new technologies (2011), specializing in telecommunications, innovation, and digital transformation.

He was the CEO of Infratel Italia (2020-2023) and a member of the Board of Directors of CDP Venture Capital SGR. Over time, he has held institutional roles after gaining extensive experience in national and international business law firms.
